Business Analyst 2

Nextant is looking for an experienced Business Analyst 2 for our client.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.

• Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.

• Review contracts, cost proposals and contract supplements.

• Establish and document business processes.

• Set up project and work breakdown structures.

• Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.

• 2-4 years experience required.

• Minimum 3 years experience with data analysis and deriving insights

• Minimum 3 years experience with operations support including headcount management, security group management, email Dlist management, etc.

• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage ones time.

• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

• Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.

• Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.

• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus.

The ideal resume would contain significant experience with excel, slack, and PowerBI. The ideal candidate is very detail oriented, has a bias towards execution, enjoys following through and completing items, and has previous experience supporting multiple managers and teams including working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Pay Rate:

The annual salary range for this position is 75,000.00 - $82,000.00 in Washington State. Please note that the salary range is a general guideline. Nextant considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, and other market and business considerations when extending an offer.
